Meet Jared and Juliette

The team behind Taylored Body and Health

We believe fitness, nutrition, and overall health shouldn’t exist in silos—they work together to create real, lasting transformation. At Taylored Body and Health, we combine our complementary expertise to bridge the gap most people experience between training programs and nutrition plans. Jared brings analytical precision and deep knowledge in nutrition and hypertrophy training, while Juliette adds dynamic movement expertise through resistance training, mobility, flexibility, and unique disciplines like pole dancing and aerial silks. Together, we create a comfortable, supportive environment where you’ll be challenged to reach your best without feeling overwhelmed—because transformation should be exciting, not anxiety-inducing.

Jared’s Story

I’ve had a complicated relationship with fitness over the past fifteen years. I’ve always been moderately athletic, but I went through cycles—periods of consistent training followed by falling off completely. I experienced extremes on both ends: infrequent eating that left me underweight, and stretches of poor habits that had me bulking up in all the wrong ways. It wasn’t until about four years ago that something clicked. I decided to take my fitness, nutrition, and health seriously—not as a temporary fix, but as a lifestyle.

Now I train five days a week, follow a structured nutrition plan, and I’m genuinely in the best shape and health of my entire life. That transformation taught me something crucial: sustainable change requires both knowledge and consistency, not perfection.

My path to becoming a personal trainer wasn’t linear. I spent years working in IT—solving technical problems, resetting passwords, troubleshooting software issues. The work was fine, but I lacked genuine enthusiasm for it. Eventually, I had a realization: I only get one life, and I wanted to spend it doing something I’m truly passionate about—something that allows me to help transform people’s lives while staying active myself, not just sitting behind a desk fixing computers.

That IT background, though? It absolutely informs how I approach training and nutrition today. I’m analytical and detail-oriented by nature. I actively listen to clients’ goals, gather as much relevant information as possible about their lives, daily habits, and limitations, then use that data to develop the most customized and comprehensive plan possible. Just like debugging a system, I pay close attention to the details—picking up on small observations that allow me to adjust and optimize your program as we go.

What excites me most isn’t just the visible physique changes—though those are rewarding—it’s the unexpected wins clients don’t even realize they’re working toward. When someone tells me, “I just realized I’m not even out of breath carrying groceries upstairs anymore,” that might seem small, but it’s incredibly meaningful. Those quality-of-life improvements are what real health transformation looks like.

My core principle is simple: personalization and patience. While you can create general outlines for training and nutrition, there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Your body, your schedule, your preferences, your goals—they’re all unique, and your program should reflect that.

Juliette’s Story

Growing up, I wasn’t athletic. I dabbled in ballet but had a pattern of quitting things when they got hard. I’d always been enchanted by the circus, captivated by how aerial artists made impossible acrobatics look effortless. In college, my roommate asked if I wanted to try a pole dancing class—neither of us had done it before. That decision changed everything. Pole taught me I could push through difficulty when I found something I genuinely loved.

As I trained constantly for personal development, I became a trainer as a side job for extra income. I’d worked other careers—building electrical control panels for warehouses, then custom camper vans—but I was tired of manufacturing. The positive feedback from clients made me realize I could do this full-time. Now I teach at Crunch, Bünda, and F45, and I’ve never looked back.

My background in pole, aerial silks, and diverse movement gives me a unique perspective. I emphasize training for health and function over pure aesthetics. Being active in unconventional disciplines makes me more in tune with functional movement—how the body actually works in real life. Understanding mobility and flexibility dramatically improves traditional resistance training results, and my experience across different modalities lets me tailor programs comprehensively to each person.

What fulfills me most is helping people accomplish things they never thought possible—overcoming physical limitations, hitting their first pull-up, feeling more confident in the mirror regardless of where they are in their journey. My core principle is that training should feel challenging and rewarding, not stressful or scary. You shouldn’t dread your sessions. I’m goofy and stern simultaneously, bringing lightness while keeping you accountable. I balance mainstream exercises with lesser-known specialized movements to keep training well-rounded and progress consistent.

Jared and I complement each other perfectly. He’s analytical and data-driven with training—focused on the science behind every decision. I’m guided by how things feel, experimenting through trial and error. This dynamic lets clients choose who they align with better, or get the best of both worlds: programs grounded in science that simultaneously feel fun and flexible.
